I’ve been meaning to write for a while. Kept putting it off because I wasn’t sure what to say, or if anyone would care, or if I’d actually keep it up.
Then I realized that’s a pretty silly reason not to start.
So here we are. I’ll be writing about engineering, organizations, and whatever else I can’t stop thinking about. Mostly lessons from building systems at scale, figuring out how to get teams unstuck, and all the ways I’ve failed along the way.
No promises on frequency. But I’ll keep going until something works—that part I’m good at.
